
SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Archer Farrar Perfume Atelier! At this time we only ship orders within Australia. Please see below for our shipping information.
1. SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY
At this time, we only ship orders within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation includes your order details and serves as proof of purchase. Please retain this email for your records. You will receive a separate email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
3. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), provided payment has been authorised and stock is available.
Should we anticipate any delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
4. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
– Flat rate standard shipping: $10 AUD
– Free standard shipping: Orders of $100 AUD or more
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times:
– Metro areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch
– Regional areas: Please allow additional time
– Western Australia (non-metro): Up to 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays or extreme weather. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery directly via the Australia Post website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
6. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We assess all claims individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny claims in cases where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or unreasonable delay in reporting.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not liable for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, Australia Post may leave the parcel at a local post office for collection.
- Parcels returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address will require additional postage costs for redelivery.
8. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and your tracking information is unhelpful, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you in locating your package.
While we will do everything reasonably possible to assist, Archer Farrar Perfume Atelier is not responsible for losses due to delivery delays outside of our control.
